The food is cool and the beer is good, of course. But I'm surprised none of the reviews mention the girls. The bartenders are amazingly attractive. Sexy as hell and friendly. And every once in a while they walk on the bar and hula hoop. Apparently locals know about this, but I didn't see it mentioned on here.

We really come here for the food. Beer is cheap, which is perfect. The biggest negative is the overly loud music and smoke. However, they have a deal 10 wings and a pitcher for $10! Can't beat it. The quesadillas and cheese fries are good as well.

Amnesia is somewhere that people struggle to get their head around. They think of the bar being smoky and can't bring themselves to eat there. That's a mistake. Everything that I have had there has been great. Wings? Huge and tasty. Quesadilla? You've never had one like this. The burger? Read on.... The Amnesia burger itself is flame cooked and then finished on the flat top. This does two things. It seals in the flavor and juices and then it allows them to melt the cheese properly on the burger by steaming it on the top. It looks like they season it with some sort of Adobo spice as well, although I couldn't make out what it was exactly. The burger is phenomenal. It was probably the tastiest of all the burgers that I tried. The bun is the right size for the burger and compliments it well. It's just a plain bun but it holds up well. Could they use a better bun? Yes, but this works just fine. I had the bacon cheeseburger and the cheese is perfectly melted. The bacon is chopped, almost like bacon bits and the lettuce, tomato and onion are all good as well. I prefer my bacon whole in strips but it doesn't detract from the taste. All in all this is probably the best bar burger that I have had anywhere, maybe even the best burger full stop. I get it to take out now as my wife is pregnant so, if you don't want to eat in a smoking establishment, try a takeout. I ate the burger in Mill Valley, CA that Tyler Florence said was the best he ever ate. This, in my opinion, is much tastier.

Great food and great service! The wings and their quesadilla are on point! Staff is always friendly.. Beer is always ice cold! Like I said you have got to try their wings and the quesadilla! They are killer!!!

The hula hoops weren't even remotely alluring, if that was the point. Really, they just make me nervous that they're going to knock over my beer. Decent weekday crowds when I've gone, and as a guy, I've never been hit on so much during the week. The chicken wrap was really good -- I took one home, too, and it was just as good the next day. Looking forward to trying more of their appetizers. It's also right next to a gym, so you can piss off the health nuts by hanging your beer gut out. It's less funny on a personal level, I suppose, because I pay that same gym $50 every month for my own personal beer gut. Come to think of it, I'm going to need to do some drinking to get Amnesia and forget all about that.

As I entered the establishment I was met with cheaply painted words: "A night you won't remember." I did, but I didn't want to remember. The beer selection is awful. This place reminds me of false promises, broken dreams and a life falling well short of expectations. The barmaids hula-hoop on top of the bar. It was probably one of the least attractive performances I've ever seen. If you were trying to emulate Coyote Ugly, at least you got one of the words accurate.

OK, I am not even exaggerating here... BEST...BURGER...ANYWHERE!!! I have had burgers all across this great nation of ours; including organic, grass fed beef, the gourmet variety, etc. and nothing compares to Legends (errr I mean, Amnesia's) burgers. I never thought I would have found the best burger I have ever had in Spring Hill, but sure enough it is tucked away among the bootie shorts and smokey atmosphere of this little gem. As far as the bar goes; the staff is always nice, crowd can be a bit rough, but the food draws us back every time.

I keep hearing this place has the best wings around! I gotta try em' next time. The beer was ice cold and cheap, which is always a bonus in my book. The waitresses are hot, really friendly and seem to have a pretty good following of dudes that come in for a visit. I don't get the theme of the place though. I wasn't really big on the Hula Hoop gimmick; actually I really just don't get it. It wasn't sexy if that's what you are going for and it's kinds like watching a juggling contest or something.

Fantastic wings - absolutely the best in the area. Bar is now full liquor and has had quite a makeover in the past year or so. Food is excellent, Lots of beers on tap (25-30 different varieties or so?), friendly staff, always happy to see you. Great specials. Thursday Nights = Ladies Night... ladies drink free domestic drafts & wells from 10-1.

Excellent food... wings are the best around. Chicken quesadilla is excelent. Daily lunch specials. Dana has put alot into it. Much nicer now than it used to be.
